Annie Bratcher is the program manager at Ready, Set, Gold! Annie has four years of experience in public health research. Over this time, she has worked on projects involving HIV research, juvenile drug treatment programs, and teen pregnancy prevention in rural populations. Annie earned her Masters of Science in Public Health (MSPH) at Emory University and her Bachelors of Science in Microbiology at the University of Georgia.
Annie currently attends UCLA’s Fielding School of Public Health where she is working towards earning a PhD in Epidemiology. She is training with Dr. Rimoin, who studies infectious disease in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Annie is passionate about promoting health in all populations, particularly that of children. As a former swimmer, Annie highly values what fitness and sports can do for the health and development of youth.
