Later this week, Channel 4 will be reporting on the remarkable mother-daughter team of Rosalyn Clark and her 22-year-old daughter Breanna.
Rosalyn, who just completed her 9th year in the Ready, Set, Gold! program, was a silver medalist in the 4x400m relay at the 1976 Montreal Olympics. Some 40 years later, Breanna won gold at the Paralympic Games in Rio last summer, also running the 400m.
Breanna is an autistic child, but has proven that no obstacle will deter her from achieving her dreams.
In a unique twist, Rosalyn also trains and coaches Breanna, and the KNBC cameras came out to Rancho Cienega Park on Monday to interview the duo as they prepare for the Paralympics World Championships in July in London.
We will let you know once we find out the broadcast date and time.
